This initiative promotes Mexican destinations and Mexico tourism services in key cities in the United States and Canada. The events offer a unique opportunity for these Exhibitors to showcase their destination or Tourism product and interact with the Tour Operators, Wholesalers and Travel Agents invited to these events.

1:1 Appointments
We coordinate appointment sessions, ensuring that each wholesaler and/or travel agent will interact with each of the exhibitors.
Logistics and local hotel management
We negotiate with local hotels and venues to secure the best rates for accommodation and space rental.
Air and ground transportation
We provide Air and/or ground transportation services for the days before, during, and/or after your event.
Catering
We select food and beverages according to the type of event and the guests participating in it.
Staffing
We hire the ideal staff for your event: hostesses, registration staff, waiters, and other professionals according to your specific requirements.
Presentation and Networking session
This format includes a brief presentation of the product and/or destination followed by a networking session to ensure interaction between each of the wholesalers and travel agents with the exhibitors present.
