The aroma and flavor of cacao, originally from Tabasco, shows a strong presence in the Tianguis Turistico 2025, where they promote the Chocolate Route and its museum, unmissable spots for tourism.
Sergio López García, from the team of the Tabasco Secretary of Tourism and Economic Development, shared for El Momento, that the state is the homeland of cacao and the cradle of chocolate that has a long history, because through this fruit the world and its flavors were transformed.
“This flavor that everyone knows can be uniquely immersed in the Cocoa Route, which offers gastronomy, history and culture. There we focused on the process with the visit to cacao farms that show the public the transformation of this fruit,” the interviewee shared.
